The Hotel Restaurant de l’Abbaye is located in a building that has neither the charm of the old nor the advantages of a recent construction. However, the recent total renovation of the common areas and the 10 rooms, the excellent restaurant with its homemade cuisine and the attractive rates make it an option that is hard to ignore.
Although the immediate environment is not very attractive, you will appreciate the proximity of the Romanesque town as well as the immediate proximity of one of the two supermarkets in Cluny.

There is no doubt that the team at the hotel de l'Abbaye is very attentive and does its utmost to welcome visitors in the best conditions. A car park is reserved for visitors to the hotel. As in most hotels in Cluny, there is no air-conditioning but, during hot periods, a fan will be provided (don't we have to learn not to use appliances that cool down our own environment while heating up that of others?)
The restaurant at the hotel de l'Abbaye is one of the best in Cluny. It offers home-made, local cuisine with sometimes a pleasant touch of Thai exoticism.

- The immediate surroundings of the hotel are not particularly pleasant.
